Fragmentation Shades

NATO approved blast/frag protective eyewear or in true Septic style, SPECS. (Special Protective Eyewear, Cylindrical System ffs !)

The SPECS has been designed and constructed with state-of-the-art materials and provides optimum peripheral vision with ballistic and solar protection.

The clear lens is intended for low light or night conditions, but still offers UV protection.
The grey sunglass offers UV protection and blocks 85% of visible sunlight.
The ballistic protection of both lenses will stop a 15-calibre steel pellet travelling at 650 fps down to a temp of -20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each lens comes with it's own adjustable metal-reinforced, silicone nosepiece.

The frame is comprised of a browbar, temple arms and two (2) sets of earpieces.
The temple is designed to provide the most comfort and best fit for all wearers.
It has three adjustable components: the length of temple, the lens to temple angle and two (2) types of earpieces.
The temple bars can be individually adjusted to four (4)lengths and the lens angle has five (5) positions.
The spatula earpieces are those most commonly used, while the cable is curved to fit around the ear for a very secure fit.
The glasses can be further secured by using the strap, retaining.

Hard carry case can be fitted to a standard webbing belt with 2 x ALICE clips provided, alternatively it will easily slip into an empty mag pouch.
